  • 1-2 servings ChildLife Essentials® Liquid Vitamin C
  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 4 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp water


  1. Pre-heat your oven to 400° F.
  2. Add the peeled bananas into a bowl and mash until only small lumps remain.
  3. Add in the rolled oats, cinnamon, water, and ChildLife Essentials® Vitamin C; mix together.
  4. Line a square baking tin with parchment paper and pour in the mix. Press the mixture down firmly to compact it into the tin.
  5. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 400° F.
  6. Remove from the oven and slice into bars.
