We are head over peels for these Banana Breakfast Bars that are perfect for breakfast or snacks on the go! This simple recipe is made with only 3 ingredients that are all completely gluten-free and nut-free. Just add in ChildLife Essentials® Vitamin C for an added boost of nutrition. - 1-2 servings ChildLife Essentials® Liquid Vitamin C
- 6 ripe bananas
- 4 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp water
- Pre-heat your oven to 400° F.
- Add the peeled bananas into a bowl and mash until only small lumps remain.
- Add in the rolled oats, cinnamon, water, and ChildLife Essentials® Vitamin C; mix together.
- Line a square baking tin with parchment paper and pour in the mix. Press the mixture down firmly to compact it into the tin.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 400° F.
- Remove from the oven and slice into bars.
