- 1-2 servings ChildLife Essentials® First Defense
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ¼ cup Peanut Butter (optional)
- ⅓ cup Chocolate Chips (optional)
Preheat oven to 350° F, line a large baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until only small lumps remain. Add the rolled oats, cinnamon, ChildLife Essentials® First Defense, peanut butter (optional), or chocolate chips; mix until evenly combined. Portion cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Use your fingers or a spoon to flatten the cookies gently. Bake for about 15 minutes, remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
