Pumpkin Spice Fruit Dip is a sweet, delicious, and healthy snack! This recipe is dairy-free, nut-free, and has an added dose of ChildLife Essentials® Liquid Vitamin C to provide your little ones with the daily nutrition they need.
Ingredients
- 1-2 servings ChildLife Essentials Liquid Vitamin C
- 8 ounces dairy-free cream cheese softened
- 1 15- ounce can pumpkin puree
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Apple slices pear slices, graham crackers, for dipping
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and blend with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with your favorite fruits, graham crackers, or cookies.
