Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 servings ChildLife Essentials Liquid Vitamin C
  • 8 ounces dairy-free cream cheese softened
  • 1 15- ounce can pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • Apple slices pear slices, graham crackers, for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and blend with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes.
