Blueberry Popsicles
We love making fun snacks, but we also love finding ways to make them healthier for our families! Add a little summertime heatwave to the mix and you will be salivating over these homemade Blueberry Pop-C-cles. Drizzle a little liquid Vitamin C and pop them in the freezer for a refreshing and satisfying healthy frozen treat for your kiddos!
Ingredients
- 2 tsp ChildLife Essentials Liquid Vitamin C
- 2 cups vanilla yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp rice syrup or sweetener of choice
Recipe
- Blend all ingredients together.
- Pour ingredients into popsicle molds.
- Freeze for 3 hours.
- Serve and enjoy!
