Breakfast Quesadilla Waffle

Ingredients

- 3 eggs – scrambled and cooked
- 3 slices bacon of choice – cooked
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 8-inch tortillas
- oil or cooking spray
Instructions
- Start by greasing your waffle iron with cooking spray.
- Once iron is warm, put a tortilla down on it and spread cheese on one half of it.
- Add three pieces of cooked bacon and eggs on the same half as the cheese.

- Fold the tortilla in half and hold down the iron until it’s golden brown.
