Candy Cane Omega Bites
Let us introduce you to your new favorite treat! Get your omegas in with these easy no-bake holiday candy cane bites that will be sure to put your little mini-me’s in a holly jolly mood!
- 1 tsp ChildLife Essentials® Cod Liver Oil (serving size varies depending on age)
- 1 cup pitted dates
- ½ cup raw almonds
- 4 TBSP cocoa powder
- ⅛ tsp peppermint extract
- 6 crushed candy canes (for topping)
- Mix all ingredients (except candy canes) in a food processor or blender.
- Roll dough into balls and coat in crushed candy cane powder.
