Candy Cane Omega Bites

Let us introduce you to your new favorite treat! Get your omegas in with these easy no-bake holiday candy cane bites that will be sure to put your little mini-me’s in a holly jolly mood!

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ChildLife Essentials® Cod Liver Oil (serving size varies depending on age)
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • ½ cup raw almonds
  • 4 TBSP cocoa powder 
  • ⅛ tsp peppermint extract
  • 6 crushed candy canes (for topping)

Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients (except candy canes) in a food processor or blender.
  2. Roll dough into balls and coat in crushed candy cane powder. 
  3. Enjoy!
