Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb carrots
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp dried thyme
  • 3 tbsp cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Childlife Essentials Zinc

Instructions
 

  • Slice carrots into 1/2-inch-wide sticks using a crinkle cutter.
  • Toss with 1 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp dried thyme, and salt.
  • Bake at 400°F for 15 to 20 minutes, or until soft, on a parchment paper-lined pan.
  • Mix 3 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tsp Childlife Essentials Zinc. Enjoy!
