Ingredients

  •  1-3 drops ChildLife Essentials® Organic Vitamin K2 (serving size varies by age)
  • 4 medium apples
  • ¾ cup water
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe

  1. Peel, core, and cut apples into small pieces.
  2. In a saucepan, combine apples, water, and cinnamon.
  3. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until apples are soft.
  4. Allow to cool, then mash with a fork or potato masher. Add ChildLife Essentials® Vitamin K2 to the cooled mixture.
  5. Serve warm, or chill until ready to serve.
