- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp Childlife Essentials Probiotic & Colostrum Powder
- a pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, 1/4 cup rolled oats, 1 tbsp blackstrap molasses, 1 tbsp cashew butter, 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ginger powder, 1/2 tsp Childlife Essentials Probiotic & Colostrum Powder, a pinch of salt to a blender
