K2 ‘Nana Bites
This snack is Bananas… B-A-N-A-N-A-S!
K2 ‘Nana Bites are the perfect after-dinner treat if you have a sweet tooth but want to keep it wholesome! Just add in ChildLife Essentials® Vitamin K2 for essential Calcium circulation to keep bones strong and hearts healthy!
- 2 drops ChildLife Essentials® Organic Vitamin K2
- 2 bananas
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tsp coconut oil
- toppings: shredded coconuts, sprinkles, chopped nuts
- Line a baking pan with wax paper and set aside.
- Cut each banana into 6 pieces (1-inch thick).
- Insert a toothpick into the center of each piece and freeze them for about 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth and then add drops of ChildLife Essentials® Organic Vitamin K2 to the mix.
- Dip banana pieces in chocolate mixture and then dip them in toppings. Place those back on the baking sheet.
- Let them freeze for 30 minutes and then serve!
