K2 ‘Nana Bites

This snack is Bananas… B-A-N-A-N-A-S!

K2 ‘Nana Bites are the perfect after-dinner treat if you have a sweet tooth but want to keep it wholesome! Just add in ChildLife Essentials® Vitamin K2 for essential Calcium circulation to keep bones strong and hearts healthy!

Ingredients

  • 2 drops ChildLife Essentials® Organic Vitamin K2 
  • 2 bananas
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp coconut oil
  • toppings: shredded coconuts, sprinkles, chopped nuts
  • toothpicks

Recipe

  1. Line a baking pan with wax paper and set aside.
  2. Cut each banana into 6 pieces (1-inch thick).
  3. Insert a toothpick into the center of each piece and freeze them for about 1 hour.
  4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil until smooth and then add drops of ChildLife Essentials® Organic Vitamin K2 to the mix.
  5. Dip banana pieces in chocolate mixture and then dip them in toppings. Place those back on the baking sheet.
  6. Let them freeze for 30 minutes and then serve!
