Overnight Wellness Oats
Start your mornings off right with these tasty Overnight Wellness Oats. Soak in the health with your daily dose of multivitamins accompanied by your child’s citrus favorites!
- 2 tsp ChildLife Essentials® Multi-Vitamin (serving size varies depending on age)
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups milk of choice
- ½ cup greek yogurt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- zest and juice of 1 clementine or mandarin
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl or jar; let sit for at least 1 hour.
- When you are ready to enjoy, add toppings of choice and enjoy!
- Oats will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days.
