Peanut Better & Jelly Smoothie
PB&J got us feeling nostalgic with a healthy twist on this classic lunchtime favorite!
- 1-2 tsp of ChildLife Essentials® Cod Liver Oil – Natural Strawberry Flavor (serving size varies by age) 1 cup milk (or non-dairy option)
- 1 ½ cup frozen mixed berries
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt (or your favorite yogurt option)
- 1 heaping tsp peanut butter (or any favorite substitute!)
- Combine ingredients in a blender.
- Top off with peanut butter drizzle.
