Pumpkin Pie Immuni-Smoothie
Who says PSL season is just for adults to enjoy? Pumpkin pie and ChildLife Essentials® First-Defense™ have us feeling extra thankful for this nutritious smoothie as we prep for Thanksgiving!
- 1 tsp ChildLife Essentials® First Defense™
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ⅓ cup (120g) vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup pumpkin purée
- ½ frozen banana
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Add all of the ingredients to the blender. Blend on high for at least 3 minutes or until smooth. Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Add more milk to thin out if it is too thick. Add a couple ice cubes for a thicker texture, if desired.
- Rim your serving cup with melted chocolate and sprinkles if you’re feeling fancy!
