Spinach and Banana Pancakes
Take your breakfast to the next level with these colorful green pancakes made with spinach, bananas, and Pure DHA. Not a morning person? Just make them ahead of time and reheat in seconds for a vitamin-packed morning meal!
Ingredients
- ChildLife Essentials Pure DHA
- 1 cup flour of choice
- 2 eggs
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 cup loosely packed spinach
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk of choice
- non-stick spray
Instructions
- Blend spinach, banana, milk, and eggs together. Add flour and baking soda last.
- Blend until smooth.
- Heat pan on medium.
- Pour batter onto pan into small pancakes. Let cook until small bubbles are visible in the batter. Then flip!
