Pumpkin Smoothie
This delicious smoothie combines all your favorite fall flavors along with your child’s daily serving of ChildLife Essentials® Calcium with Magnesium to keep bones healthy and strong as they grow and develop. Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp ChildLife Essentials Liquid Calcium with Magnesium
- 1 cup plant-based milk we used unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen banana sliced and frozen beforehand
- 3 Tbsp pumpkin purée
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 8 ice cubes
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Top with whipped cream and festive sprinkles. Enjoy!
