Vitamin C-reamsicle Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1-2 tsp of ChildLife Essentials® Liquid Multi Vitamin & Mineral (serving size varies by age) 1 cup milk (Substitute with your favorite non-dairy option!)
  • 11 oz can of mandarin oranges (preferably frozen)
  • ½ cup frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (or non-dairy option)

Recipe

1. Combine ingredients in a blender.
2. Top off with ship & sprinkles (Optional but recommended!)
3. Enjoy!
