Apple Nachos

It doesn't get much easier than whipping together these colorful, crisp apple nachos. These nacho look-alikes are made with added Vitamin D for a parent-approved snack that will delight any kiddos with a sweet tooth!

Ingredients
  

  • 8 drops ChildLife Essentials Vitamin D3
  • 2 apples
  • ¼ cup nut butter
  • mini chocolate chips
  • shredded coconut
  • dash of cinnamon
  • lemon juice to keep apples from browning optional

Instructions
 

  • Cut the apples into ¼ - ½ inch slices and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Layer apples on a serving plate.
  • Warm the nut butter in a microwave until melted.
  • Mix the ChildLife Essentials Vitamin D3 into the melted nut butter.
  • Drizzle nut butter over the apples.
  • Top apples with the rest of your ingredients and serve!
