  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pitted dates
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp cashew butter
  • 1 tbsp protein powder
  • 1 tsp Childlife Essentials Vitamin C

Instructions
 

  • Combine 1 cup almond milk, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 1 banana, 1 pitted date, 2 tbsp rolled oats, 1 tbsp cashew butter, 1 tbsp protein powder, and 1 tsp Childlife Essentials Vitamin C
