Instructions
Combine milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Let sit for 10 minutes then whisk again to break up any clumps. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
Puree the mango and spoon divided among 4 small serving cups.
