Ingredients
  

  • 1-2 servings ChildLife Essentials Multi Vitamin & Mineral
  • 2 cups spinach tightly packed
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. Add almond milk as needed for thinner consistency if desired.
  • Serve and enjoy!
