  • 1-2 servings ChildLife Essentials Zinc Plus
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 medium bananas mashed
  • 1/3 cup agave
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Creamy SunButter
  • 1/3 cup almond milk


  • Preheat the oven to 350 F. Add paper liners into a muffin tin or coat muffin tins with oil.
  • Combine all liquids together: ChildLife Essentials Zinc Plus, agave, vegetable oil, applesauce, vanilla, SunButter, and almond milk. Next, add in the mashed bananas and mix.
  • Combine the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Then slowly add in the dry ingredients to the wet. Do not overmix.
  • Scoop into the muffin tins, about 3/4 the way full.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes. Insert a toothpick into the center of each muffin to ensure they are fully cooked; it will come out clean when done!
