In a large mixing bowl, add in the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix together.
Add in ChildLife Essentials Vitamin D3 Drops, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, vanilla, and grated apple to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Heat up a pan and grease lightly with oil.
Add batter to the pan ¼ cup at a time.
Small bubbles will appear on the surface of the pancakes, this is when it’s time to flip over onto the other side.
Cook until nicely browned on both sides.
