  • 1-2 servings ChildLife Essentials Vitamin D3
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp white granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 gala apple peeled and grated


  • In a large mixing bowl, add in the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Mix together.
  • Add in ChildLife Essentials Vitamin D3 Drops, almond milk, apple cider vinegar, vanilla, and grated apple to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Heat up a pan and grease lightly with oil.
  • Add batter to the pan ¼ cup at a time.
  • Small bubbles will appear on the surface of the pancakes, this is when it’s time to flip over onto the other side.
  • Cook until nicely browned on both sides.
