Spinach and Banana Pancakes

- 1 cup flour of choice
- 2 eggs
- 1 large ripe banana
- 1 cup loosely packed spinach
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup milk of choice
- non-stick spray
Blend spinach, banana, milk, and eggs together. Add flour and baking soda last.
Blend until smooth.
Heat pan on medium.
Pour batter onto pan into small pancakes. Let cook until small bubbles are visible in the batter. Then flip!
