Spinach and Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • ChildLife Essentials Pure DHA
  • 1 cup flour of choice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1 cup loosely packed spinach
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • non-stick spray

Instructions
 

  • Blend spinach, banana, milk, and eggs together. Add flour and baking soda last.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Heat pan on medium.
  • Pour batter onto pan into small pancakes. Let cook until small bubbles are visible in the batter. Then flip!
  • Mix ChildLife Essentials Pure DHA into maple syrup, nut butter, or any other topping of choice for a vitamin-packed breakfast.
