Vegan Pumpkin Smoothie

Drinkable vegan pumpkin pie does exist! This delicious smoothie combines all of your favorite fall flavors along with your child’s daily serving of Liquid Calcium with Magnesium to keep bones healthy and strong as they grow and develop. Go big or gourd home!

  • 1 Tbsp ChildLife Essentials Liquid Calcium with Magnesium
  • 1 cup plant-based milk we used unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen banana sliced and frozen beforehand
  • 3 Tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 8 ice cubes


  • Combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Top with whipped cream and festive sprinkles. Enjoy!
