Preheat your oven according to the crescent dough’s instructions and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 lb Italian sausage, 1/2 lb ground meat, 1 egg, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, and 1 tbsp Italian seasoning.
Using your hands, gently mix everything.
Form into meatballs and place into the warmed-up skillet. Brown meatballs, but don’t cook all the way through (almost, but not completely).
When your meatballs are done, pat dry.
Unroll the crescent dough. Cut the dough into long strips—wrap meatballs.
Place on the greased baking sheet and bake according to the crescent dough’s instructions. Once baked, use a small drop of decorating gel on the back of an edible googly eye and attach to the mummy meatball.
