  • 1 cup vanilla milk of choice
  • 1 red apple sliced
  • 1/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Childlife Essentials Probiotics with Colostrum Powder

Instructions
 

  • Combine 1 cup milk, 1 red apple, 1/3 cup oats, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp Childlife Essentials Probiotics with Colostrum Powder.
  • Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream. Enjoy!
