- 1 cup vanilla milk of choice
- 1 red apple sliced
- 1/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Combine 1 cup milk, 1 red apple, 1/3 cup oats, 1 tbsp almond butter, 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1 tsp Childlife Essentials Probiotics with Colostrum Powder.
