PB and J No-Bake Bites
Try our nutritious PB and J no-bake energy balls. A healthy snack with added ChildLife® Essentials Cod Liver Oil to support brain and nervous system function.

- 6 tablespoons berry jam strawberry, raspberry, blackberry
- ChildLife Essentials Cod Liver Oil – based on child’s age and dosage for 20 servings
- 2 cups gluten-free quick oats
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter any other nut or seed butter can be substituted
- ¼ cup flaxseed meal
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- ¾ cup chopped dried strawberries cherries, or cranberries
Stir together the jam and cod liver oil in a medium mixing bowl.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Roll into 20 firmly shaped balls.
Place in an airtight container and refrigerate until serving.
