PB and J No-Bake Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tablespoons berry jam strawberry, raspberry, blackberry
  • ChildLife Essentials Cod Liver Oil – based on child’s age and dosage for 20 servings
  • 2 cups gluten-free quick oats
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter any other nut or seed butter can be substituted
  • ¼ cup flaxseed meal
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup chopped dried strawberries cherries, or cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Stir together the jam and cod liver oil in a medium mixing bowl.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  • Roll into 20 firmly shaped balls.
  • Place in an airtight container and refrigerate until serving.
