Check out our healthy version of a banana split made with immune-boosting Vitamin C and fresh fruit. Just customize with your favorite toppings for a balanced meal to start the day!
Ingredients
- ½ tsp ChildLife Essentials Vitamin C
- 1 banana
- ½ cup greek yogurt of choice we used vanilla!
- ¼ cup blackberries
- ¼ cup raspberries
- ¼ cup strawberries
- ½ cup granola
- chocolate or peanut butter chips
Instructions
- Mix ChildLife Essentials Vitamin C with yogurt.
- Cut banana in half.
- Add 2 scoops of yogurt. Freeze ahead of time for an ice cream-like consistency.
- Add berries, granola, and chips on top.
- Enjoy!
