Ingredients
- 1-2 servings ChildLife Essentials® Zinc Plus™
- 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup sliced frozen bananas
- sliced bananas, for layering
- frozen raspberries
Recipe
- In a bowl, whisk together ChildLife Essentials Zinc Plus, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla. Cover and chill overnight or for at least 2 hours until gelled.
- In the bowl of a large food processor or blender, combine bananas, and strawberries. Add in a splash of almond milk to help blend.
- Fill each jar or cup halfway with the chia pudding. Next, layer the soft serve on top and add raspberries as a topping if desired.
