Ingredients

  • 1-2 servings ChildLife Essentials® Zinc Plus™
  • 3 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup sliced frozen bananas
  • sliced bananas, for layering
  • frozen raspberries

Recipe

  1. In a bowl, whisk together ChildLife Essentials Zinc Plus, almond milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla. Cover and chill overnight or for at least 2 hours until gelled.
  2. In the bowl of a large food processor or blender, combine bananas, and strawberries. Add in a splash of almond milk to help blend.
  3. Fill each jar or cup halfway with the chia pudding. Next, layer the soft serve on top and add raspberries as a topping if desired.
