Calling all peanut butter lovers! These PB&J Multi Bars are the perfect combination of peanut butter goodness, jammy sweetness, and nutritious deliciousness! With a dose of ChildLife Essentials® Multi Vitamin & Mineral and both dairy-free and gluten-free ingredients, you’ve got the perfect snack for any time of day!
- 1-2 servings ChildLife Essentials® Multi Vitamin & Mineral
- 3 cups gluten-free rolled oats
- 4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
- ½ cup jam
- Prepare a 7-inch square container lined with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, add in ChildLife Essentials® Multi Vitamin & Mineral, rolled oats, maple syrup, and peanut butter. Mix until they are well combined.
- Spoon about half of the oat mixture into your container. Press the mix firmly down with your hands or spatula to cover the base.
- Spread a layer of jam on top.
- Add the remaining oat mix over the top, being sure to cover the jam evenly. Press the mixture down to cover the jam.
- Leave the bars in the fridge to set for an hour, then cut them into bars.
Tips: If your mix seems too dry/crumbly when you press it together, add more peanut butter and/or maple syrup. For a nut-free version, try substituting peanut butter with sunflower butter.
