Ingredients

  • 2 tsp ChildLife Essentials® Multi Vitamin & Mineral (serving size varies depending on age)
  • 1 cup of frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup oats 
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds 
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp honey (or agave)
  • Finely ground coconut

Recipe

  1. Mix all ingredients except the finely ground coconut in a blender or food processor.
  2. Once mixed, use a small spoon to scoop and form balls into desired size.
  3. Roll the balls into the finely ground coconut until evenly covered.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours and enjoy!
