Mango Chia Seed Pudding with Zinc

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups dairy-free milk of choice
  • 6 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  • 3 cups mango chunks fresh or frozen and thawed, plus more for garnish
  • ChildLife Essentials Zinc Plus – dosage per child’s age.

Instructions
 

  • Combine milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk to combine. Let sit for 10 minutes then whisk again to break up any clumps. Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.
  • Puree the mango and spoon divided among 4 small serving cups.
  • Stir the desired dosage of ChildLife Essentials Zinc Plus into the pudding. Spoon pudding on top of the puree, garnish with fruit and serve.
