Red, White, & Blue Popsicles

Made with dairy-free and gluten-free ingredients, along with ChildLife Essentials® Liquid Calcium with Magnesium for healthy bone growth and development. Layer up a batch for Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, or any day in between!

Ingredients
  

Red:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3 tbsp coconut milk canned lite
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

White:

  • 1 serving ChildLife Essentials® Liquid Calcium with Magnesium
  • 1 ¼ cup coconut milk canned lite
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup o ½ tsp vanilla extract

Blue:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 3 tbsp coconut milk canned lite
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

Recipe

  • Blend strawberries, coconut milk, and maple syrup until smooth. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl, stir together coconut milk, ChildLife Essentials® Liquid Calcium with Magnesium, vanilla, and maple syrup.
  • Blend blueberries, coconut milk, and maple syrup until smooth. Set aside.
  • Pour the red mixture, then the white mixture, and lastly the blue mixture into each popsicle mold. The colors will mix together a little.
  • Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 4-5 hours.
